Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)?

Are you in pain, stressed, or depressed?

Using precise and respectful touch, a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist supports your nervous system to slow down and balance. This allows your body to release restrictions, tension patterns and accumulated life experiences – both physical and emotional. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a deeply restful bodywork that is done fully clothed. It supports your body-mind-spirit to heal itself.

You develop greater self-awareness and resilience, and will have less pain, better sleep and digestion. Craniosacral therapy is wonderful for resolving headaches/migraines and TMJ issues. And it’s so gentle that it’s perfect for pregnancy.
