Nest offers personalized yoga therapy to help clients focus on improving their quality of life. Our role is to help you with pain management, fatigue, sleeplessness, or other symptoms. We empower you to take a more active role in your self-care.

Yoga Therapy utilizes the tools of yoga (eg: physical movement, mindful breathing, visualization, sound, meditation, diet and lifestyle recommendations, etc) to help the student heal and come back to one’s state of balance, contentment, and feeling of wholeness in their body and mind.
Yoga therapy is a complementary system of health. It is not meant to replace your current medical treatment; rather, it works in conjunction with it.
Yoga Therapy can be beneficial for any health condition (eg: heart disease, Parkinson, IBS, PTSD, anxiety and depression, physical pain, arthritis, diabetes, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, thyroid issues, high BP, insomnia, etc)
Yoga Therapy is traditionally taught in private sessions between student and teacher because each individual is unique and they will require their own personalized practice that can yield the desired effects.
In our first session together we will discuss your health and wellness goals, and I will assess your current physical, emotional and mental health condition. I will then design and teach you a yoga practice that is unique and customized to you, addressing your needs, which you can practice at home. I will write down the practice clearly with stick figures, so you don’t have to memorize it. This class will be 1.5 hrs in length.
In the subsequent sessions, we will discuss the effects that the practice is having on you and your health. We’ll make modifications to the practice as needed based on your progress and the current state of your health. These sessions will be 1hr in length. WHAT IS YOGA THERAPY?
Yoga therapy is a self-empowerment tool that affects all five layers of our being: physical, physiological, psychological including the intellectual and wisdom mind, and our common Essence.
The practice is tailored to the individual and includes 1-4 techniques each, with 3-5 functions in order to maximize efficiency and efficacy. Time and space to practice and other lifestyle issues are taken into consideration when designing a practice for a client.
In addition, yoga therapy tools such as diaphragmatic breathing, breath counting, sound and visualization are added to massage therapy treatments in order to enhance the effect of soft tissue work.
Kledia is a certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist. She has studied Yoga Therapy with Ante and Felicia Pavlovic at Yoga Therapy Toronto (IAYT accredited school). Kledia loves guiding, teaching and witnessing her students in their journey of healing, and seeing them blossom into their natural state of wellbeing, balance, vitality, joy, health, and peace. She’s a knowledgeable, caring, calm and positive teacher.
She is available by appointment only on Fridays and Saturdays.
